Youth Movement Class

Weekly classes held on Sunday nights during the months of September and October. 


The most common flaws we see in throwing and hitting mechanics are caused by poor mobility and/or stability. During this class our youth athletes will learn how to generate force, how to properly transfer energy, and will begin the journey towards highly efficient movement patterns.
