Constraints-Led Approach - put players in positions to discover proper movement and feels, using failure and success as feedback instruments.
Movement Matters - the body can only do what it’s capable of doing. Identify a players limitations through movement assessments and work within those limitations or work to improve them.
Measure To Understand - we use technology as a tool for understanding. Our goal for athletes is that they enhance their performance on the field and build skills that scale as they advance through the game. The numbers aren’t the goal, they’re a tool for understanding.
