RETURN TO SPORT PROGRAM

Focused on Injury Recovery, Rehabilitation, and Returning to Baseball Activity

Our Return to Sport Program is designed to help athletes recover from injuries, rebuild strength, improve flexibility, and prepare for a return to full sport activity. Each plan offers 2 treatments per week, includes a customized at-home exercise regimen, and starts with a detailed evaluation to assess the athlete’s condition before treatment begins. Chiropractic manipulation is utilized as a recovery tool, integrated into physical therapy and rehabilitation sessions for optimal results. Multiple package lengths available.

MAINTENANCE & INJURY PREVENTION

For athletes looking for continued maintenance and injury prevention, our monthly membership offers ongoing care and support to keep you in peak condition.​

Each session focuses on soft tissue work, injury prevention, and targeted recovery techniques to keep you ready for action. At-home exercises will also be provided to complement in-session treatments.

​2 Treatments per Month: $110
Ideal for athletes who want to maintain their flexibility, prevent injuries, and address minor muscle tension regularly. Treatment duration: 15 mins

3 Treatments per Month: $175
Perfect for athletes needing more frequent maintenance and recovery, ensuring consistent performance and preventing overuse injuries. Treatment duration: 25 mins​​​​

DYNAMIC RECOVERY TREATMENT

Perfect for athletes needing quick, focused recovery work or relief from muscle tension. Ideal for maintenance between games or practices.​

A comprehensive session combining soft tissue work, stretching, manual therapy, and targeted rehabilitation exercises to address specific areas of tension or injury. This session helps with pain relief, improving mobility, and supporting muscle recovery. Treatment duration: 45 mins
